Charges for all services:
£25 per hour for first two hours of work.
If the job is 3 hours longer or more, I will charge £22 per hour.
For longer jobs (e.g. several days in a row) I will consider further reducing the cost, please contact me to discuss.
All charges, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of materials.
Mileage (where applicable) 45p per mile (this is if the journey to get to and from you is over 6 miles in total).
Travelling time charges sometimes apply
(usually if the return journey to get to and from you takes over 1hr, then I charge for the travelling time that is over the hour) .
I also charge travelling time and mileage if you want me to shop on your behalf for materials (e.g. paint) or take items to e.g. a charity shop for you (usually applies if you are using my de-cluttering service.)
